  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days within the USA.
  • International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package using the carrier’s tracking system.


4. Delays

Trexola is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier delays
  • Customs clearance or international shipping restrictions

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship to the United States and selected international locations.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
