Return Policy

At Trexola, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process easy and hassle-free.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or damaged watches
  • Custom or engraved products

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at Support@trexola.com with your:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt for your records.
  • Trexola is not responsible for return items lost or damaged during transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
